I can't believe that is true...everyone wants to be the first pick in the draft...they are more concernd with how nice the actual city is and money than they are the team...

speaking of that, it is funny to see that San Diego is doing so well and Eli thought he was too good to go there...players need to get that chip off thier shoulder, that is just pathetic, you make a living playing a game and getting rich and you have the nerve to complain about it, that is just sorry.

Players I think are better prospects (Off the top of my head):
Calvin Johnson
Ted Ginn, Jr.
Steve Smith
Dwayne Jarrett (Not sure if both those USC guys are in/out)
Adrian Peterson (If he goes)
Jamarcus Russell (Why Not?)
Robert Meachem
Troy Smith (Rocket Arm; a VY-esque player; but not THAT good)
Probably several defensive players!!
Also, I believe this to be the year of the reciever!! QB was last year's news! He may be a steal for somebody in the mid-first round!!
Of those players I only have Calvin Johnson A Peterson and Jamarcus Russell at the talent level with Quinn. He has size, arm strength, mobility and he comes from a pro style system run by the same guy that tutored Tom Brady.

That trade really hurt the Giants they gave up so much for him and he hasn't been what they were expecting yet.

The Quinn ability may be scewed because all he really has to throw to is Schmardga. Quinn has all the tools the question is are the Raiders going to scrap Brooks?

The Raiders pick to me is not clearly going to be a quarterback just because they have some many holes to fill on the offensive side of the ball. They could go with Quinn, Jamarcus Russell, Calvin Johnson or even Joe Thomas.

I think it is a toss up at who goes first right now... Either Brady Quinn or Jamarcus Russell... I personally think Quinn is the more NFL ready of the two but you knoow how scouts are with size and combine results...

They both have real good size and about the same mobility, and the only edge I think Quinn has is that he is coached by Weis.
