I think alot hinges on the Raiders coaching hire. if they promote Ryan, I see them trading down a couple picks and getting Adams or Moses. Then getting Smith in the second. That would be their best value IMO. Their bread and butter is gonna be their D, and would make an already good D better, and still get their QB of the future.

They have a good D, but that doesnt mean it cant get better. If they can trade down and get Adams or Moses, pick up an extra 3rd, and get Smith with the first pick in the second round, IMO they would be in much better shape than if the stand pat and take Quinn or Russel

If they traded down they would garner a lot, AND I MEAN A LOT, of interest from teams that might need a big time QB or WR prospect. They could proably get a couple firsts and a second, plus, for that pick if they trade down far enough.

First and second for Vick, two firsts, a second and a third for Manning, not to bad when those picks end up as LT, Shawne Merriman, and Nate Kaeding.

Smith could slip into the middle of the first round but I see him as a late first to early second round pick. And he will most likely measure in at 5'11" at the combine.

Well I have been reading around and no one is projecting him in top 10. Even though he did win the heismen and everyone is projecting this I still say he goes to the Lions.
