Jets make a terrible Draft Pick
The Jets don't need Ferguson. They already got a great defensive line.
The Jets needed a QB because Pennington is always injured. Last season we used a 43 year old who is retired now, and we also used 201 Overall Draft pick in 2003. I mean we could of had Leinert.
Leinert (Who had 3 years at USC)...
Went 37-2 at USC
Had 10,693 passing yards
Threw 99 Touchdowns
Threw 23 Interceptions
Completed 807 passes out of 1,245
He had 64.9% of his passes completed
Sacked 56 times
Hope the Jets make a trade for Leinert.

Ferguson is an Offensive lineman, he doesn't even play defense. True they could have drafted Leinert, but after drafting Mangold it seems apperant they really wanted to address the offensive line.

The Jets also lost a OT and C in FA, both of those holes are now filled.

The jets made a good move they fixed ther line, bringing in lienart whould have been a bad idea. you have 2 former first round qbs you simply didnt need him.

The Jets are in full rebuilding mode, and they're going about it the right way, starting up front. I think it was a good move.

Not only did the solidify the O-line, but the did pick up a QB as well, just in case.

The jets had a great draft, I love everyting they did and I like Kellen Clemens. I like clemens, He is a smart and can be ready to play soon, I liken him to (don't kill me) favre in the fact that he tries to hard to make the play with his arm and doesn't step into his passes. He is mobile and can move well when pressured too. He, like I said, is a very smart guy and could step in sometime this year provided his ankle is healthy. He hasn't played since he hurt it in october and the last thing the jets need is another QB with health concerns, LOL. I think that if he didn't hurt himself, then his pick position would have been justified and therefore, the jets may have gotten themselves a steal.

I agree, I actually liked their draft and IMO getting 2 of the best O-lineman in the draft is a VERY nice start, them 2 right there make them a lot better.
