From personal experience, you don't need an offensive line when you run to the outside - you can still have HUGE stats, or you can line up as a slot - which Bush CAN do.

You do need a offensive line to run on the outside. Guards have to pull and TE's and tackles need to seal the outside. WR's also need to block or else you arent going anywhere.

Hmmm if you really watch the Texans games you have to see that the OL is better run blocking than pass blocking (obviously), they led the league in most sacks allowed, 64 - THATS AN AVERAGE OF 4 PERGAME, THAT IS CRAZY TALK NOW A DAYS!! They obvioulsy deafted pretty good after not picking Reggie Bush by getting somewhat of an OL. So if your getting a new OL, why not get a TB/WR to back it up? You can honestly put Bush anywhere on the field (Any reasonable position).
They are a better run-blocking line than a pass blocking. And yes they did have a good draft, but they did draft Wali Lundy RB out of Virginia and a WR as well. I think the main reason they didnt get Bush is because they had a lot of depth at RB and some young talent as well. But yes I think they should have gotten Bush over Williams.

Well actually if you heard the GM of the Texans said that the reason they didn't pick him is because they were switching to a spread offense...which is pretty funny because Bush can play WR. Oh well - I guess we are just going to have to wait to see the season. It's funny because the first pre-season game is the Titans (Vince Young and Lendale White) vs. the Saints (Reggie Bush), so that should be an interesting match up.
I honestly think he will win the Rookie of the Year, even though I basicly hate his guys, I think he will have a great year, but in a few seasons he will die down like the other running QBs in the league.
