The only issue with Peterson would be the injury issues.. but beyond that, he's a well rounded, physically-talented athlete. You could say the same about Russell. And I don't see any glaring BUSTS.. The best of the best for this draft are all players that should develop well in the NFL, barring injury. We'll see in a week just how things play out.
There are also too many under-rated players, IMO. Obviously, Jamaal Anderson hurt himself tremedously by opting out of the NFL Combine. He talked during the last part of the season as if he were going to participate. Gaines Adams performed well at the Combine, and thus put himself in the top spot for DE. I had doubts that Adams was as fast as Anderson, but they're both 4.6 - 4.7 range DEs. I think Anderson has great potential because of his size and versatility.
Chris Houston got a nod from Prime Time at the Combine because he's the complete package. He bench pressed 450lb max in last year's Spring workout drills. He ran a 4.32 at the Combine and benched 27 reps of 225lbs. He played in a primarily man-coverage system and he needs to develop his read-and-react skills. But he'll definitely be successful as well.
