I disagree with us taking a LB in round 2. I'd use the high 2nd to go QB if one is worth that pick, then we probably need to look at a guard, since either Wahle or Rivera will be moving on after this year, and from what I've seen, I think it's gonna be Rivera. Wahle is still very productive, and is our leading pulling guard. LB probably waits until round 3.

Don't like the Browns picks- we have good tackles, we just need guards (especially since our best one, Garmon, is out for the season). We have horrid guard depth.

and a DE in the second?.. I would try to trade Courtney Brown and some Linebacker or lower draft picks to the Colts for their first; they really need some compliments to Freeney, and I have to think it's time for Courtney to move on. Then I would take a DB- maybe webster or Carlos Rogers.

I THINK IT IS PRETTY SAFE TO SAY THERE WON'T BE 3 RB'S TAKEN IN THE FIRST 5 PICKS.

I'd be pretty happy with Rogers at the end of the first but I don't think it'll happen, I think some of his attitude might keep the Steelers staff from pulling the trigger on him. Doubt we'll take a miami guy and I'd rather have some more depth on the interior of the line in the 2nd. Houston with a TE is bizarre. Did Billy Miller and Bennie Joppru die?

19. St. Louis Rams* * * * TE/Kevin Everett- Miami

Martz continues to show he is smarter than anyone else by ignoring the D.

I'd like to see us get a pass catching TE, but I just don't see us taking one in the first round with all our glaring needs on defense. I wouldn't be suprised to see us take all defensive players on the first day. None of the coaches are happy with our LB's to the left of Tinoisamoa so we'll probably take the best LB on the board.

Great pick, but do you think he'll fall that far?

Ronnie Brown could go that early. He's a bruiser and if he shows the right stuff in the offseason, I think plenty of teams could eye him that early. He runs a lot like a Jamal Lewis.

Also, Darth, I think you're underselling Ciatrick Fason. I don't think he'll jump yet, but if he did, he's shown me plenty this season. Running like he does against SEC competition is quite impressive. He reminds me a lot of Robert Smith, with his long stride. Also, hasn't Wynn had fumbling concerns?
