Happy New year....
Again, I'll provide a counter-point. We'll be drafting in the Top 10 this year, no doubt....so either trade down (to get who / what?) or select what dominate lineman? Frankly, I don't see a tackle that is head-and-shoulders above former classes in this area...otherwise, yeah, get a top notch tackle.
I look at the other offenses in the league that run Gilman's One Back offense and it looks like this;
Carolina
RB-S.Davis / D.Foster
TE-K.Mangum
WR-K.Colbert
WR-S.Smith
WR-M.Muhammad
Kansas City
RB-P.Holmes/ L.Johnson
TE-T.Gonzalez
WR-E.Kennison
WR-J.MOrton
WR-D.Hall
Washington
RB-C.Portis
TE-R.Royal
WR-R.Gardner
WR-L.Coles
WR-J.Thrash
St.Louis
RB-M.Faulk / S.Jackson
TE-B. Manumaleuna
WR-I.Bruce
WR-T.Holt
WR-K.Curtis
Pittsburgh
RB-J.Bettis / D.Staley
TE-J.Tuman
WR-H.Ward
WR-A.Randle El
WR-P.Burress
With the exception of their LEFT TACKLE, these offenses are pretty consistent in their personnel. High flying receivers, top notch runners, and non-descript linemen.

SUMMARY OF THE PRINCIPLES SID GILLMAN LIVED BY:
1. Spread the field horizontally and vertically with all 5 receivers; 2. Pass to set up the run (NOT the other way around); 3. One-Back formations are a MUST!

He believed that a strong running game is what you shoot for, but the likelihood of garnering a "Big Play" from the pass was considerably more likely than from a "big Run"....
Our WR corps is made up of a 3rd rounder and two 5th rounders....that is total crap!
