Do you guys really see him being drafted as high as the Browns pick, with all the great OL and first-round playmakers in this draft? I mean, with the new rule and all, many people are claiming that a shut-down corner is impossible to attain. I hesitate to think that it would be worth the risk to draft him #2 or #3, and sign him for the appropriate fat paycheck. Perhaps, in a trade-down scenario, David Pollack, Erasmus James, DT Travis Johnson (to replace fat-**** Warren), or the safety Thomas Davis out of Georgia. Obviously, I want a defensive playmaker, but not a linebacker because that is not a position of need with our defense.
This is first, a question of where Rolle would be drafted, and second, what will be the Browns' first-round draft strategy?

I dont think Rolle will be a shut down CB since they dont really exist anymore. However i think he can be a top CB. The kind of CB who can really help a defense, especially one as bad as the Browns. He can blitz, tackle, cover, etc. I really think he could help out th Browns.
As for having top OT's. Its not like last year with gallery. There arent 10 top OT's in the draft. IMO, there are several top OT's, but none are franchise players, yet. I think it will depend on how well the prospects can be coached. None are guarantees as top OT's but if there are about 6-8 OT's that can be coached into being solid OT's.
A simpler way to say it is that there are 6-8 John Taits or Willie Andersons but no John Ogdens or Orlando Pace's, or even Tra Thomas's this year. Brick has a chance of being a Pace or Ogden but needs ALOT more coaching and needs to bulk up and get ALOT stronger.

I really like Rolle. He reminds me of a mix of Law and Woodson, he should be very good in the NFL. The chuck rule will hurt him as well as all the other Cbs in the draft, but I still think he should be a top 10 pick

Hes a much better player than both Buchanon and Rumph. I dont think he will be a bust, though I dislike drafting guys from Miami. Most of them seem to have a bad attitude and big egos, and a lot have off the field trouble too, though a lot of them are good players. I know there are exceptions like Vilma and DJ Williams, but most others are like what I mentioned before.
