PROBLEM IS HE DOESN'T SHOW THAT ATHLETIC ABILITY ON THE FIELD OR IN PASS PROTECTION.

EVERYTIME SOMEONE SAYS HE IS OUTSTANDING IN PASS PROTECTION, I WONDER WHAT THE HELL THEY WERE WATCHING ALL YEAR.

That's what I mean. If some coach can light that fire under his *** and get him to display that athletic ability on the field he would be a beast. Any man his size, that is that quick, that strong and has arms that size should dominate in pass protection or run blocking.

He's consistent but has never taken it to the next level.

Based on the fact that barron will go 5-10 spots ahead of the next OT taken in the draft.
Exactly....another guy that never saw a game.

Just face facts. If Alex Barron wasn't on NFLDRAFTCOUNTDOWN.COm you'd have never heard of him.

based on performance last year I'd put Alex Barron out of the top 5 OT's in football. When healthy Munoz played Better, McNeil Played better, Whitworth played better, and Eric Winston (pre injury) as well. Jamal Brown...clearly the most dominant of all of them though. barron was a moderate disappointment all year. He never dominated, and didn't give up many sacks but was constantly maing desperation diving plays as he got beat frequently.

If I visited countdown more then once a month I might actually take offense at that.

I'm going to say we all should assume that everyone is wrong and you are right about this. The facts are the facts. Barron is rated above anyone you mentioned. No matter how much you rant about it and throw out baseless accusations and insults that won't change.
