I thought that it was the Chiefs because the Cowboys were going to trade with the Chiefs and the Boys were still going to get Roy Williams. And because Kansas City didnt get the calls placed in time the time ran out on the Boys?

Yes, he should have had a card ready just in case the Ravens pulled the **** that they pulled, but so what, we still got the player we wanted

Actually, we DID have a draft card on the announcer's table, with Ryan Simms name on it, but the league decided it would be "unfair" to the Cheifs to penalize them just because the ****ing Cowgirls didn't turn in their half of the trade card on time
