Clayton Isn't a few inches taller and appears (from what I've read) to be a mirror immage of Lee Evans from last year; Solid, but unspectacular as a pro.
As with so many draft prospects, how well they do will depend in part on where they go, but Williamson has the far greater upside if he's drafted by a team that's in a position to let him learn as a #3 WR for the first year, and not throw him to the wolves right away as a starter.
First year production, the edge goes to Clayton, every year after that, I'd say Williamson.
Funny but if life henged on a lack of a few inches a lot of you boys would be fugged.
Nobody is gonna convince me that Clayton was not a better college football player than Williamson. Few inches or not. Gimme the guy that did it on the field. Not in workouts.

My point was simply that he his only shortcoming is stature. He has ALL THE OTHER TOOLS.
Think of all the teams that passed on Ray Lewis because of his height.
Think of all the plays Mount McKinnie ****ed up because he hasn't yet learned his position. He's got plenty of stature, but he hasn't backed it up with talent.
I'm not basing my opinion on merely two examples, but those are two that should stand out pretty well. The Vikes will be making a big mistake if they pass up the opportunity to draft Clayton.

Anyone remember Koren Robinson? Hmm... just like Williamson. Has been decent at best.
Clayton is 1 inch shorter than Marvin Harrison, and 15 lbs heavier. Marvin is kinda good.

whose to say that lee evans is an upspectacular pro?
he had an excelent rookie season and looks well on his way to being a consistant 1000 yard receiver... i see clayton going the same way.

Clayton's probably the toughest WR in the first round this year, and maybe second to Braylon in terms of production. I look into my crystal football and see Williamson being a bust. I'd take Clayton.

Production.... I'd say he's second to BMW as well....
Clayton four year totals....221 Catches, 3241 Yards Receiving, 14.7 Avg, 31 TDs...
Williams two year totals....176 Catches, 2579 Yards Receiving, 14.7 Avg, 30 TDs...
Williams almost matched Clayton's entire four year career in his freshman and sophomore seasons....I like him more than Williamson, but he's not on the same level as Williams or Edwards....

That tells me they were both productive. No one questions Mike Williams talent, but the Sooners ran much more last year with Peterson.
Both were productive. If fact, Edwards was better than both.
All three of those guys should be good.
