Well her is some info on these players
1st round= D’Brickshaw Ferguson OT
Considered by many the top offensive lineman in the country ... Outland Trophy candidate ... preseason first-team All-American ... mentioned as a possible first round NFL draft pick last spring, but he decided to return to UVa for his senior season ... made a big move last year in a breakout campaign ... put on more than 30 pounds from the year before and is now starting to grow into his body ... didn't turn 21 until just before last season's bowl game ... earned first-team All-ACC honors for the first time to become UVa's first all-conference tackle since 1998 ... has started every game of his career (39), the longest streak by a UVa left tackle since All-American Jim Dombrowski started a record 45 games in a row from 1982-85 ... with luck he could be the first offensive lineman in school history to start 50 games ... is only the second player (along with 1992 first-round draft pick Ray Roberts) in school history to start three bowl games at left tackle and one of only nine offensive linemen to start as many as three bowl games ...joins RT Brad Butler as the only offensive linemen to start every game the last two seasons.
2nd round = Darnell Bing S
Darnell Bing has prototypical size for an NFL safety, with very, very good speed and hitting power to complement it. He is above-average in coverage, although not great in it. Bing has tons of upside, which is impressive given his current ability. He is not a bit afraid to come up to the line of scrimmage and blitz, and can lay the lumber on the ball carrier anywhere on the field.
3rd round= Trade Volek and get a 3rd rounder and get Omar Jacobs QB Bowling Green=
Jacobs has been an extremely productive passer in only two short seasons in the MAC. He’s a mobile quarterback that can move around in and out of the pocket. He has a very accurate pass that travels on a line to his receivers. He can throw the deep out, the go and the slant. He’s not afraid to challenge corners, but he doesn’t make mistakes. He’s thrown only 11 interceptions in 20 games, with 4 of those coming his entire sophomore season.
4th round= D’Qwell Jackson ILB=
Fourth-year player who established himself as the leader of the Terrapin defense and one of the top defensive players in the country last season ... on the preseason "watch list" for the Bednarik, Lombardi, Nagurski and Lott Awards ... a complete linebacker who is also a viable candidate for the Butkus Award ... finished a close second in voting for ACC Defensive Player of the Year as a junior ... runs well and is a sure tackler ... somewhat slight for his position but is solid as a rock ... has no problem shedding blockers ... reserved off the field but is a high-intensity warrior on it ... excels against the run and in pass coverage ... an Iron Terp who posted a 35 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 350-pound bench and a 525-pound squat in off-season testing last year ... missed spring drills and testing in `05 after having surgery on his wrist.
