Broncos won 13 games with average RBs in a great RB system... why bother wasting the picks and money on a guy who MAY add a few more rushing yards?

Use the picks to continually add to your defense (so you matchup better with teams like Indy, or even KC/SD in the division), and keep adding weapons to the outside. RB is the least of your worries.

No way, but I wouldn't doubt a trade happening (with Texans maybe moving into one of Denver's later slots) if Kubiak coaches them.

though reggie is an a amazomg player.. this trade would be stupid.. RB isnt even close to being our biggest need.. and if you look at our system we never have franchise back.. we have back that basically are on a 2-3 year vaction with the broncos... we dont keep them that long... and it would in a way be against how shanahan works.. he has yet to draft a RB in the first round let alone at #1... even if we did trade for the #1 we would take lienart or young.. i dont even think reggie is in the back of the broncos FO's mind
