He had an argument with his girlfriend last summer which led to some overzealous campus campus cop saying more things went down then they actually did and in the end all charges were dropped against him. So no, he doesn't have "legal issues".

At this point in the draft i would look at Martin Nance or Mike Hass

or trade out of 1st to second

I hear that man. A TE period by Carolina would be a ****ing shock. Fasano is no better than Seidman who they have now.

It would be Lewis or Pope if they wanted TE, because those guys are more complete TEs (blocking and catching combos) than Fasano or Davis.

All that said, they ain't taking TE any ****ing way.
