Coin flip coming soon

Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports the San Francisco 49ers soon will learn whether they get the rights to the sixth or seventh pick in the April NFL Draft. A coin flip will occur at the NFL Combine, at some point, in Indianapolis to determine whether the 49ers or Oakland Raiders get the sixth spot.

ESPN reported that the Raiders won the toss like 2 weeks ago. Were they wrong?

As where the other 2 false reports.

They never do the coin flip unless 2 parties from both team can be in attendance which is why it's typically done at the owners meeting in Late March or early April. This years pick is higher then typical so they want to get it over with. The combine offers that chance.

Somebody should hire some guys who's spent like 45 years in prison to flip it.

Theyve learned how to flip a coin so it always comes out the way you want in there.

ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the San Francisco 49ers won the coin flip with the Oakland Raiders and they now have the sixth pick in the first round of the April NFL Draft. "It gives us a better spot to find more quality football players," 49ers head coach Mike Nolan said.
