Not sure if you wrote this...but if you did...since you're a writer and all...it's 'too.'
Anyway, if Cutler works his way above the Lions pick, I could see this as the top-eight breakdown:
1. Bush
2. Leinhart
3. Young
4. Cutler
5. Hawk
6. Mario Williams
7. Ferguson
8. Ngata
This leaves the Lions with exactly the same choice of second-tier first rounders as before. I'd really hope that 1) Cutler and one other offensive player raise their stock into the top eight, 2) A DE or LB tears up the combine and makes the no. 9 pick easy, 3) Cutler falls (hopefully drawing trade interest).
I'm no expert, so what does everyone think of this?
