Cardinals | Team hot for White?
Sat, 25 Feb 2006 12:25:30 -0800

ESPN.com's John Clayton reports so many people are thinking the Arizona Cardinals might draft USC RB LenDale White that he's being labeled GlenDale White for the site of the Cardinals new stadium.

HE'D BE A NICE FIT FOR THEM. THEY NEED SOME O-LINE HELP STILL TO HELP OUT THE RUNNING GAME, BUT HE'D GIVE THEM A NICE IN BETWEEN THE TACKLES RUNNER WHICH IS SOMETHING JJ ARRINGTON CAN NOT DO.

Yeah, I thought that as soon as I read it. Just one of those natural fits but like you said, they have some serious OL problems they need to take care of. Kind of how I feel about the Texans and Bush. I still think the Texans would be smarter to take the Brick. It's not like they have no RB's. They just need to give their QB some protection and make some holes for the backs they have.

He'd be a steal there IMO.

The guys the most sure-fire pick in the draft.. I cannot see him failing in the Pro's.

Like already said, he'll at least keep defenses somewhat honest.

I think Arrington can be decent but I want White. A bigger back would be nice to have with that o-line. Arrington can be a good #2.
