good question TBT. Isn't Hartings retiring? If so they are definately going either guard or center.
Not retiring but definitely one the short side. This year and next would be about it, IMO. We do need to think about his eventual replacement..............and I don't mean Okobi.

Keisel is it.

Say it in the 2nd round please. Thank you.

Without the watermelon.
Yeah I was dicking around. Honestly, I really don't know who they're gonna pick. If I had to guess I'd say Whitner or Allen.

Not Allen ... that would be replacing Hope with Hope. Guy is barely a speed bump for a running back.

The guy got run over twice by a 240 lbs RB who was the no. 2 pick in the draft. How many games of Allen did you watch? He is a good sound tackler, better than Hope, he was the best player on Tennesse's D while playing. He flys to the ball and makes plays something Hope doesn't. I still take him at 32. As for his failed physical, I'd only be concerned if he failed the Steelers physical. They took Heath last year even with his injury. Different teams do different things during physicals. Everyone gets popped, i.e. Urlacher and the Bears aganist Bettis. Besides, if your FS is maikng a tackle aganist a RB, the problem isn't the FS it's the front seven.

I've seen him in 3-4 games live. I've seen him run over more than a few times. It wasn't "twice by a number two overall pick". I'm just not impressed.

I've seen the vid. I could pick out 4-5 plays over 3 years by all safeties and even linebackers having trouble trying to take down RBs going on a full head of steam. Offensive players usually win that battle by gaining a few extra yards ala Bettis vs Urlacher. Most of the time, Allen is a sound tackler. As I said before, If your FS is making open-field tackles on RBs, the problem is in the front seven, not the FS.

As of right now, Bobby Carpenter.

I'd love to see Lendale, I know his stock is falling, but I can't see him going that far down.
Carpenter would be a monster in that 3-4 you have running
