Just talked to someone in WI listening to WTMJ and watching tv and his opinion based on what he has heard is that NO is taking Bush.

Given that, I'd expect an Eli Manning-type situation if NO takes Bush. Similar outcome, and it's possible that they'll get more value for the player than the pick.
