Attner one of the head writers at TSN was able to sit in on the 49ers war room during the draft. This is what he reported during the 1st round.

Before a decision was made the 49ers fielded a call from Detroit who wanted to move for a player they did not want to disclose and from Buffalo I believe.* I could not hear the 2nd call all that well, there was way to much noise coming from the back of the room to make it out but in the end I got the impression it was Buffalo.
