How are the Saints going to be picking 4th when they are 3-1, and the Titans are picking 7th and they are 0-4.

Also, you have Levi Jones in the mock twice.

Which team will need a QB though that hasnt already taken one of Quinn, Brohm, and Russel already?

Good question, but if he plays like he has been and lets say he wins the heisman and a national championship who knows who might take a chance on him. If vick can go first overall, and young can be taken 3rd, Troy Smith certainly deserves to be in the first 32 IMO.

Vick and Young are unique talents though. Smith is basically a rerun of Seneca Wallace.

I think Smith can read defenses better and is a better pure passer than Young.

It is just that if he is taken in the first round it would be later, so teams with very good records this year would have to take him on. I dont see any of Chicago, New England, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, NY Giants, Atlanta, Seattle, drafting a QB in the first round for example.
