I watched the YouTubes, it's where I got the idea that he's very 'jump happy' even for ones he doesn't have to jump for. Especially since he's 6'4" but I've seen really athletic people have the instinct to jump for everything, maybe it's just a peeve of mine.
[/b]
In the clip I watched, the short hops he took put him in a position for his body to be in front of the ball. I'd say it's either due to his training (putting your body behind the ball means fewer dropped passes, since you really don't have worry about one 'going through your hands') and/or a lack, even if minor, in his confidence to catch passes with his hands only.

As a side note, since he jumps for every pass already, he'd be the perfect WR for Vick. DO IT!

I was wondering about that myself. Apparently the language in the background track is too much for 17 year olds.

Charles Rogers at MSU was absolutely insane. He made catches that just dropped your jaw.

Id compare him more to a Plexico Burress or a Randy Moss in that he is very tall and has good jumping ability, but is clearly a long strider and doesnt seem to have much RAC ability. Obviously, he isnt a quick player like a Steve Smith or Santana Moss, but he doesnt seem to have the strength to run through arm tacklers like Boldin or Owens. Plus, he is faster than Fitzgerald. My best comparison would be to Moss/Burress in that he is tall and very "wiry" to quote the replacements, but has good hands and can win jump ball situations.

I dont know, he seems like he might be a good fit in Philly but god knows we wont draft a WR in the 1st round EVERY AGAIN.
