We wont need a MLB until probably day 2. OL should be a priority.

If Tulloch is the guy, we may not take a Mike at all. He's looked good to me so far, but I want to see him playing starters.

ejruiz, Roos looks good so far at LT. Really doubt we spend our high pick on a tackle if we have a good LT.

As far as the rest of the line, things may work out. Bell is playing RT, and looks like he's got his quickness back from his ACL injury. Stewart has been mauling people, but I want to see him playing 1st stringers (Fish has said he will).

Pillar and Olsen are looking bad still, but Amano has always looked good to me, and was impressive so far this preseason. Coaches mentioned him looking good.

So I'm gonna hold off judgement on the o-line.

But I'll guess other spots.

Maybe a true #1 WR?

Maybe another good CB if Hill or Woolfolk don't pan out?

Maybe a DT or maybe DE?

Maybe a S?

Unfortunatley we will have to look to draft a d-lineman of some sort. Hopefully they will re-sign Odom since this is the last year of his contract and he was doing well. LaBoy has to stay on the field now and earn him a new contract as well. Unless we get someone in free agency, though, I can see us going early on the d-line.

I'm content with the QB situation for now. The right side of the O-line is suspect. WR may be a problem too.

I'd say safety is a bigger concern for the Panthers than OLB at this point. Maybe OT for the future, if Wharton doesn't continue to improve. I wouldn't be shocked if they drafted a QB in the 1st round in either 2007 or 2008 - as the future starter after Jake's time is up.
[/b]
I'd agree that OT will be a need for us. There is age at saftey so agree there too. We have some guys at OLB all the sudden with Adam Seward and James Anderson looking damn impressive in the preseason.

Not sure I buy the TE stuff. We are fine there. We just don't need a whole lot. Seriously loaded everywhere.

A Place Kicker will be a need before long though.

I'll seriously be shocked if we draft a kicker. I just don't see this coaching staff spending a pick on a kicker. I would imagine we'll either sign a veteran or a rookie free agent to kick once Kasay is gone.

I'm with you there catalyst. I meant a need period, but the thread is about the draft so... yeah we'll sign a vet kicker.

OL depth and WR are probably the top needs for the Vikings at the moment. QB depth is up there... Along with a stud linebacker if our guys continue to suck ***... RB being listed is pretty ridiculous, though. We have a solid starter a backup who could be a starter and Fason adding to depth.
