Dude, I'm telling ya. Stop wasting your time giving the Cowboys OL. It's not going to happen. I may not always get the Cowboys picks right (actually I have been dead on for the last 3 years in round 1) but I can tell which way they will not go, EVER with parcells as coach.

I agree, and I think it's dumb as **** to avoid OL in the first round.

but Lamont Jordan is a known quality. Known to suck. Walter still has promise. He was once rated as a first round QB. Let's see how he does this season before we start printing the Quinn jerseys in Oakland. If Walter turns out to be good and the Raiders are able to draft AP that's +2 on offense. Rather than just +1 with Quinn.

What sucks is all 5 guys in front of Walters and Jordan. Those guys are a ****ing joke.

What gives? Are the Niners so stacked at WR that they couldn't use a big athletic fast WR with a nose for paydirt?
If so, then I take back my questioning.

And Quentin Moses?
It wouldn't surprise me. I could live with it.
But I'd much rather us go FS, CB, or LT.

So do I but that's what you get with Parcells. His history shows he will avoid OL in Round 1. As a matter of fact, he broke tradition by taking OL twice in Round 2 while in Dallas.

ol in the first round doesn't equal success. the pats, since they started winning, have traditionally used lower-round draft picks to stock their ol

While the Pats haven't traditionally taken OL in the first they did take Logan Makins out of Fresno there in 2005. If i'm an NFL GM i'm wanting a stud tackle on the top on my priorities next to CB and QB. The main difference between so many previous playoff teams that are looking like crap this year is the OL. Look at Carolina, TB, KC etc... if they have a couple of stud linemen they're postseason contenders and 10 or 11 win teams.

Same with the other toughest positions though. OL may be the hardest which is why you need top 10 type talents if you're wanting to be pretty sure but corner and QB don't have the best strike rates either on early picks being successes. WR may be even worse.
