Can we even rate him when so far he's faced UNC, Ohio, Illinois and Howard all of which absolutely suck ***? Rice is obviously a talented kid but he's faced awful defenses and has the best blocking FB in the sport who also acts as another backfield threat and is dangerous enough to get a spy every game.

He was originally a cornerback. He played CB at OSU.

He spent last year on the IR as a safety.
