Drew Stanton and Chad Henne
I know talking about them together sounds funny, but I am a Michigan college sports fan, but a OofM fan first. What do you think of Stanton and Henne. I know Stanton's stock fell in the past couple games and is somewhat injury prone. Henne is not the most accurate passer, but is consistant. Many don't think Henne should enter the draft, but I think he should. He is NfL quality. But I'd like to know your opinion. Thanks

Henne may be NFL quality, but IMO he should stay. He could be a 2nd or 3rd rounder if he came out this year, but If he sayed and has a big season next year (Maningham, and Hart will be back too, right) he could be top 10

I agree with Grunt about Henne, and I don't know about Stanton I haven't seen enough of him.

He is kinda small for a NFL QB. I think he might be a 5th Rounder at best if he comes out this year and should probably stay all 4 years to improve his stock.
Stanton is very athletic for a Qb and does good with out a whole lot of talent around him. He had a great 2005 campaign. And he is very accurate.
By the way, why is your name JoeyHarrington????

I'm told i look like harrington. Wtih the hair cut and the little smirk he has. At least as a lion he did. Plus for the first day of camp i showed up with a lions harrington jersey over my shoulder pads. Plus, my coach says i play like him. A little uncertain of what is going on. I admitt to that.

I also admitt that i could be the only fan of Joey Harrington. I liked him. He just didn't seem to work in the Lion's offenses

I love the force behind Henne's arm and the legs of Stanton but Stanton is tough with the decison making and Henne needs to improve his to presense. Henne- RD 2, Stanton 2-3

I have searched around from what i hear henne won't leave after his junior year. Also, Stanton was given a possible first round pick at the beginning of the college season. I would have agreed but after the ND game and the 10+ ints. he to me has fallen off the radar. He also is not a clutch QB, unlike henne, who won the 2005 Michigan-PennState game with a TD pass to Mario Manningham with no time on the clock.

Stanton will go in the 1st round. His desire to win is by far unmatched by anybody in the NCAA. He as pretty much everything that you'd want in a franchise QB. As for him not being clutch, um....last time I checked he brought MSU back from a 35 point deficit against Northwestern. He's a baller and would go before Henne any day. He also has MUCH less to work with than Henne does.

Don't know if I'd agree, though I have'nt seen much of Stanton.I think I'd pick Tate even before Stanton.{as far as Big-10 QB's go**
