It is JaMarcus Russell....the only one in Russell's class isn't on this list...Jordan Palmer.....may not be the best prospect but he can throw the deep ball well and the arm is very strong....it is the intermediate passes and decision making that gets him into trouble.

No QB on this list is in Russell's class when it comes to arm strength...I would say Brady Quinn is second-tier with the likes of East Carolina's James Pinkney and Akron's Luke Getsy.
