He has the frame to get much bigger would be starting after a year of sitting (at most). Blalock, Levi, Cason, Revis, and Hall are all gone, so if not NT, we'd have to reach for a CB (McCauley has 1st Round potential, not 1st Round talent at the moment) or take a Free Safety (I'm sure Parcells would love Meriweather....).

Also, how many times does Lovie have to say it? Rex Grossman is the Bears QB. Their sticking with Rex.

And, Brian Brohm and Lawrence Jackson are staying so you might want to remove them...

They can still stick with Rex for another year or two. Let Troy Smith learn on the bench. If Rex comes together, then you got a Brees/Rivers dilemma. Which is a good one to have. But I see Smith fitting in pretty well with Chicago, the way that defense and running game is built.

I'll wait until after the bowl games to figure out who's staying or not.
