Why would the Browns need an OLB? They have McGinest and last years 1st round pick, Wimbley, at OLB. How would Porter help them?

Im kind of confused. What do you mean by "As long as they are FA's in the coming year?" Do you mean we trade teams FA's or trade players who are in the last year of their contracts? If its the former im confused? If its the later?????i guess, although thats screws me over if i try to trade Walker.
