Falcons taking CJ?
They just traded Schaub ... who would get him the ball?

As much as I despise Vick's very existence, he does have a decent arm

He has a cannon. He just doesn't know how to throw with touch.

That's insane for an ILB. I saw 4.49 at the combine, but in any case, that's still freakin' fast. His cone drill time is being debated on a Steelers board (pretty slow for his straight-ahead speed some say) but if he was available at 15, I'd bust a nut.

If you look at all of the individual work outs 7.10 is about what a lot of these running backs are getting on the cone drill. (S Laron Landry hit 7.11) Not great but not horrible. And his performance on the field should tell the chuckleheads at Stillers.com everything they need to know about his propensity for getting to the play.

When I first saw his highlights, I didn't need to see anything more really. 40 times, cone drills, blah blah ... the guy is just always around the ball. People can incorporate those times into an analysis all they want, but just watching someone (granted, only for a couple minutes) with those instincts and tackling ability is a great judge IMO.

Yeah, Mouse, I've been meaning to ask you that. I've seen a ton of mocks that have him going to the Patriots in the later stages of round 1 for no ****ing reason whatsoever!?

no doubt... tons of talk about him on all the boards
thats why so many of us want to trade down, hes the guy most lions want. fills arguably our biggest need, fits our tampa2 well, and is a marinelli guy, which this offseason has been 100% devoted to gettin his type of players.
Do you think this puts his value up to the #2 spot, despite not being in the same category as the top4 players? or is that to much of a reach for us to nab him there if we cant trade down? [/b]

If the draft stays as is meaning no trades I don't think he will get past St. Louis at 12 but there is a good possibility Detorit trades back and takes him or someone jumps the Rams at 12.
