When I first saw his highlights, I didn't need to see anything more really. 40 times, cone drills, blah blah ... the guy is just always around the ball. People can incorporate those times into an analysis all they want, but just watching someone (granted, only for a couple minutes) with those instincts and tackling ability is a great judge IMO.

Yeah all you have to do is watch him play and none of this other stuff really means anything. The dude flies on the football field. When he chased McFadden down running outside that tells you everything you need to know about his speed.

If the draft stays as is meaning no trades I don't think he will get past St. Louis at 12 but there is a good possibility Detorit trades back and takes him or someone jumps the Rams at 12.

The Rams pick at 13.

Bills at 12 right? My bad. Have had a couple discussions about those two picks in the past 24 hours.

Lynch

Willis

Willis (6-1, 237 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.37 and 4.38. He also had a 4.37 short shuttle and 7.10 three-cone drill. He stood on his numbers from the Combine for the rest.

he ran a 4.5 at the combine

K, apparently I'm the only one who feels these are BS times... Two times of 4.37 and 4.38 my ***. Who timed him? His college coach?

He is a stud and will be a top 15 pick no doubt, but this is ****e and I don't believe it for a second.
