Rumors keep having 49ers/Detroit trade, the 49ers take no. 2 and Detroit takes no. 11. I think throw in K Harris, something could work out for the trade to happen. [/b]

OK where have you heard this rumor? You are the only one. We would like that trade but give us a link since there are so many rumors about this.

There are no rumors anywhere that have mentioned that trade, at much as I would like it.

Washington Up or Down -
Strangely enough, now that the Briggs talk has died down, heavy emphasis on the trade up w/ Detroit for CJ pick (especially with it rumoured that the Lions are going after Gaines Adams). I still think trading down's the most likely scenario though.

People actually want K Harris? That guy is ****ing horrible. That trade would be the most one-sided trade ever. A straight up ***-raping of Detroit.

No one wants Kwame. There is no rumor of that anywhere.

Colts could trade down if there isnt a linebacker or defensive tackle at 32 that they like.
If Beason, Timmons and Poz are gone (obviously Willis as well) and depending on the Colts opinion of Harrell and Tank Tyler, I could see them trading down. Unless of course they're ok with taking a tackle at 32, of which there will be some options.

I know, it was rhetorical. The only way that happens is in a video game when someone overrides an unfair trade when they're making a superpower team.

I'd like to see the Colts trade down in the 2nd round and maybe pick up an extra pick. If the Lions trade down and get some extra picks, I could see Detroit and Indy swapping to get the Lions back into the 1st round again.

Based on trades that have happened in the past (Rivers/Manning for one). For SF to move up to Det's spot would take them a swap of this years first rounders, SF's 2nd round pick this year and next years first and third round picks. Could be driven up a little more if Atlanta and Minnesota jump in, who both have earlier 2nd rounders than SF this year.
