The Packers have offered the Chiefs their first and fourth round picks for Larry Johnson. Johnson has been given permission to speak to GB about a contract extension but the Chiefs are asking for a additional 1st day pick either this year or a 1st round pick next year. If a deal is reached between the Packers and Johnson you may some heat put on by the Johnson camp to get it done.
As of right were being told a deal is very unlikely but GB may up the anti and be given something to really think about. As of 9am eastern it was believed this was dead after both sides claimed talks were done.
