I like the Mock but there's no way Reid goes WR in round 1....

The last thing they need is another young WR with zero system experiance. Maybe a vet, but with Brown, Lewis and Pinky coming back from what he hurt they need a vet, plus LJ catches the ball and so des Westy...there's wnough weapons already to through too. At this point I would like to see them get Greenway, Williams, Davis or Ngata...maybe even another OL but not a WR....not at #14

Need? Not at all, they already can succeed with out one, like I said they have enough people that can catch the ball.

They do need a #1, something they don't have. McNabb is the type of QB that needs a favorite target, someone who he can always count on to get the ball to if he's under pressure, like the Favre-Walker, Manning-Harrison, and Delhomme-Smith combos we've all seen. Those QBs all know they can throw the ball as far as the can, as they're getting hit, and their man will chase it down even in double coverage.
That said however, BigBoy is absolutely right that Reid will not take a #14 rookie and make him the man. I would expect them to improve defense in the draft, and likely get a veteran WR.

IMO though, that is Westbrook and can be Brown and/or LJ...see when we had Charles Johnson and Torrence Small then IMO we needed one. Even a couple years back with Thrash and Pinky they had to other targets, Duce could catch but there wasn't a threat at all on the field. Chad Lewis was still the TE then IMO they needed one, not so much now...JMO

But you GB guys are spoiled with WR's!!

I would still love to have a guy like Feugeron here...you have Driver and Walker to boot and they're all locked up to deals.
