Chris Williams-
Quote:
Strengths: Possesses a massive frame; is tall with long arms, big hands and adequate bulk. Still has room on his frame to get bigger. Displays good overall mobility for his size. Has decent quickness in his pass pro set and does a very good job of using his long arms to ride pass rushers wide while he's still getting set. He can engulf bigger defenders once he's in position and engaged. He works to finish his blocks and he shows good upper body strength to keep separation. Displays versatility with experience at guard and tackle. He has been durable throughout his career.
Weaknesses: Still developing into his enormous frame. Has good natural mobility for his size but still learning to play under control. Lacks ideal balance and body control. Displays decent initial quickness but will struggle versus elite speed rushers with first-step explosiveness. Takes some poor angles as a run blocker, which leads to him getting out of position and lunging. Still a bit raw with his technique. Leaves his feet too frequently. He is stronger in the upper body than he is in the lower body. He is feisty as a run blocker but he's not overwhelmingly strong at the point of attack. Lacks the base and lower body power to drive defenders off the line of scrimmage in the run game.
Overall: Williams was redshirted in 2003 and then did not appear in any games in 2004. During the next two seasons (2005-'06) he started 20 of 23 contests. Williams filled in some at left guard early in 2005 before taking over as the starting left tackle later that year. Williams is still growing into his massive frame but he does possess an intriguing combination of size-potential, mobility and upper-body strength. He has enough upside and versatility to develop into a good reserve in the NFL, but he needs to improve his lower-body strength, balance and overall footwork. Williams is a late-round prospect with significant room to improve as a senior in 2007.

Brandon Abert
Quote:
Strengths: Is tall and thickly built. Also has long arms and big hands. Shows a quick first, takes proper angles to assignments and gets into position quickly. Plays with a mean streak and drives legs once locked onto the defender. Has very good initial quickness for his size. Shows above-average range and can pull around the edge. Shows smooth footwork getting into pass sets and shuffles feet to stay in front of defenders. Gets adequate hand placement and extends arms once in position. Keeps head up, shows good awareness and can adjust to line stunts as well as blitzes. Never missed a game because of an injury and is durable.
Weaknesses: Does not have overwhelming power and doesn't knock many defenders back with initial punch. Plays too high at times and is going to have problems driving two-gap defenders off the ball. Runs well on a straight line but has some trouble hitting the moving target. Doesn't get great knee bend in pass sets and can get pushed back into the pocket. Appears to take plays off at times and may lack ideal endurance at this point.
Overall: Albert started all 37 of Virginia's games during his three-year career (2005-07), including two at offensive tackle in 2007. He allowed just one sack and received an All-ACC honorable mention in 2006. He was a first-team All-ACC selection in '07. Bottom line: Albert needs to improve his power at the point of attack and learn to get under defenders' pads. He also is a bit inconsistent when it comes to hitting the moving target as a second level run blocker. However, he is a massive guard with very good short-area quickness and tenacity. He could possibly move to ROT in the NFL but we think he fits best inside at guard, where he should quickly develop into an upper-echelon starter. He could be the top interior offensive lineman selected in 2008 draft no later than the second round.

Dre Moore
Quote:
Strengths: Though needs to improve ability to shed blocks, plays with a bit of mean streak and has the upper body strength to improve in this area. Takes adequate angles to the ball, plays from snap until whistle and makes the occasional play in pursuit. Doesn't do a great job of anticipating the snap but is quick and can disrupt plays in the b backfield. Moves well laterally and could develop an effective arsenal of pass rush moves over time. Keeps head up and flashes the ability to sniff out screens. Played just one season of high school football and is still a little raw but has made strides and should only continue to get better with added experience.
Weaknesses: Plays too high, hasn't shown great lower body strength and can get driven back. Lacks elite size, plays with a narrow base and can't anchor against double teams. Takes too long to read keys when teams run at him and gets caught out of position at times. Doesn't use hands to protect legs, loses balance at times and struggles to fight off cut blocks. Frequently fails to get hands up when isn't going to the quarterback and doesn't always time jumps well.
Overall: Moore was redshirted in 2003. During his first three seasons (2004-'06) he appeared in 31 games (13 starts) and recorded 77 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. Moore's game isn't fundamentally sound and he has to work on anchoring against the run but there is a lot to like about his upside because he's got a great blend of quickness, athletic ability, range and size.

Chris Johnson (lol) he is listed as 5'1
Quote:
Strengths: Possesses elite speed. Is an explosive open-field runner. Brings excellent versatility to the table thanks to his experience at RB, WR and KOR. He can explode through a hole. Gets from 0-to-60 mph faster than most RB's. Shows excellent burst to and through the hole, as well as the second-gear to run away from defenders in space. Vision and patience were much improved as a senior in 2007. He has a compact running style and will do a decent job of protecting his body. He displays very soft hands as a receiver and return specialist. Has great experience working out of the slot and knows how to separate as a route runner. Can pluck on the run and gets upfield in a hurry after the catch. Shows good vision and run instincts when he gets into space; knows when to cut back against the grain and how to set up blocks.
Weaknesses: Is undersized and must add more bulk to frame in order to hold up physically at the next level. Has better strength than frame indicates but still not strong enough to break lots of tackles or push the pile as an inside runner. Doesn't always drive his legs and finish runs strong. Durability was a problem throughout college and most concerning is his history of neck injuries. Lacks ideal running instincts and got away with a lot at the college level because of his speed that he won't get away with in the NFL. Will get overwhelmed at the point of attack versus bigger linebackers in pass pro. Will struggle to hold up in that facet of the NFL game. Ball security has been a problem at times, as he turned the ball over seven times on fumbles during his first three seasons. He also has small hands (7 ¼ inches).
Overall: Johnson became a starter as a true freshman and during his career at East Carolina served as a running back, wide receiver and kickoff return specialist. In his first three seasons (2004-'06), he played 34 games (23 starts) and ran for 1,559 yards and 15 touchdowns on 388 carries (4.0 average). In that span, he also had 88 receptions for 768 yards (8.7 average) and four touchdowns, plus 79 kickoff returns for 1,706 yards (21.6 average) and four touchdowns. Johnson broke out as a senior, starting all 13 games and leading the nation in all-purpose yards per game (227.7). He had 1,468 yards and 17 touchdowns on 236 carries (6.0 average), 37 receptions for 528 yards (14.3 average) and six scores, and 36 kickoff returns for 1,009 yards (28.0) and another TD. In 2006, Johnson had offseason neck surgery that forced him to miss spring drills but no playing time. He missed one game and was limited in others later that season because of a turf toe injury on his left big toe. Johnson shares a lot of similarities with Jerious Norwood, who was selected by the Falcons in the second round of the 2006 draft. Like Norwood, Johnson is a homerun threat with exceptional speed and versatility but marginal size and below-average strength. A team that can afford a luxury item like Johnson will be able to maximize his big-play potential as a runner, receiver and return specialist. However, we are not convinced he's capable of handling a fulltime role at running back in the NFL, which is why we don't grade him out as high as some. Regardless, Johnson is vying to become the first senior running back off the board. He projects as a second or third round pick.

Gosder Cherilous
Quote:
Strengths: Is big enough to engulf undersized defenders, can wear them down over the course of a game and has the frame to add even more weight. Rarely takes false steps, is efficient and generally gets into sound position. Drives legs once in position, shows above-average lower body strength and is a powerful run blocker that can get movement in short-yardage situations. Plays with good motor, stays under control when gets into space and is an effective downfield blocker. Efficiently gets into pass set and uses long arms to ride pass rushers past the pocket. Moves feet well for size, stays balanced and flashes the ability to counter double moves. Keeps head up, shows good awareness and can pick up the blitz as well as line stunts.
Weaknesses: Isn't explosive and could have problems preventing elite edge rushers from turning the corner. Though gets good hand placement and rarely loses battle once locked on to the defender, doesn't deliver a powerful initial punch, lack a mean streak and shouldn't knock many defenders back at the point of attack. While big enough to hold ground most of the time, bends at the waist rather than the knees and powerful bull rushers should have some success pushing back into the pocket.
Overall: Cherilus was redshirted in 2003 and then went on to start 37 consecutive games at right tackle over his first three seasons (2004-06). Gosder doesn't have elite explosiveness and he needs to work on staying lower to the ground but he is a three-year starter who possesses a rare blend of size and mobility. He projects as a late-first or early second-round pick heading into his senior season.

here is Erin Henderson for dawadroe
Quote:
Strengths: Is quick, aggressive and can make plays in the backfield. Moves well laterally and does a nice job of scraping down the line of scrimmage. Takes adequate pursuit angles and has sideline-to-sideline range. Plays with a good motor and always seems to be around the ball at the end of the play. Plays under control in space, wraps up upon contact and is a reliable open field tackler that can deliver the big hit. Changes directions well and has experience lining up over slot receivers. Gets adequate depth, shows good awareness and covers a lot of ground when asked to drop into zone coverage. Has average ball skills and flashes the ability to make plays in coverage. Plays with a mean streak and times hits well when receivers try to cross his face. Takes the shortest path to the quarterback and shows good closing speed when asked to blitz. Has long arms and gets hands up in passing windows.
Weaknesses: Has adequate bulk but plays too high, hasn't shown great lower body strength and can get driven back. Avoids blockers rather than stacking them up and gets caught out of position at times. Doesn't explode out of cuts, takes too long to open hips when forced to turn and run and is more effective dropping into zone coverage than is matching up in man coverage. Bends at the waist more than the knees and is step slowing getting out of backpedal. Hasn't developed pass rush moves, doesn't run through blockers in the backfield and needs to win with first step to be effective rushing the passer. Missed the entire 2005 season after tearing the anterior the cruciate ligament in his left knee during fall camp and durability is a concern.
Overall: Maryland red-shirted Henderson during his true freshman season in 2004 and he missed the entire 2005 season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during fall camp. Henderson started 12 of the 13 games he appeared in during the 2006 season finishing with 114 total tackles including 54 unassisted tackles and 6.5 tackles-for-loss. He also recorded two interceptions, three forced fumbles, one sack and two pass breakups. Henderson started all 12 games of the 2007 season finishing with 133 total tackles including 59 unassisted tackles and 11 tackles-for-loss. He also recorded one interception, one sack, one forced fumble, four fumble recoveries and two pass breakups. Henderson isn't very stout at the point of attack and he lacks ideal man coverage skills but there's a lot to like about his range both as a run defender and in coverage. He projects as a second or third round pick.

Sounds like he would be a good fit in Detroit
