Just curious what everyone thinks of their teams' draft so far, and of the draft overall. As a Viking fan, I have mixed feelings about their picks thus far. I have been a proponent of them taking Percy Harvin for a while, but with Michael Oher still on the board, I would have liked them to grab him. They did get Phil Loadholt in the 2nd, which isn't the same as getting Oher, but should still help.
As for the draft overall, I would have to say there have been a fair number of picks that I didn't really expect. I think the worst pick so far is the Raiders taking DHB at #7, which was a huge reach IMO.
I'm a little angry. I don't know what the Giants were thinking. I'm really surprise that we didn't trade for Edwards or Boldin. I don't like any of our selection not even going to lie. I'm not excited about the upcoming season at all. I think were going to go 8-8 this season.
I'm so furious. What stupididty by the pats. I mean, what the hell are they thinking? This is insane.
Thats how I feel about the Giants. I can't imagine how Raiders fans feel like. I'm just saying this if a team like the Jets with barley any amo can trade up and Mark Sanchez then why can't a team like the Giants with a lot of amo and picks trade up and get Crabtree or Maclin or why not just get Edwards or Boldin.
I ****ing loved the Eagles picks, maclin at 19, when he was projected as a possible top 10, and then to get LeSean McCoy in round 2, I ****ing loved it
the teams with 2 first round picks royally effed up
Bills, took maybin too high and will fail as a full time DE in a 4-3, he is best suited for a 3-4 OLB/DE and then they take a DB with the next pick, fail
denver - they have 6 RB's including the 3 or 4 they signed in the offseason and then draft one with their top pick, then reached with their second pick in round 1, then traded one of their two first rounders from next year to get a second round pick to take alphonso smith - fail
detroit - stafford was the obvious pick and not bad, but taking pettigrew when oher was still on the board is just ridiculous
I liked the Eagles, Jaguars, seahawks drafts
Raiders - I have no idea what the fudge they are thinking. DHB at #7, wow and then the reach of the draft - projected 7th round pick S Michael Mitchell in round 2. just insane

Maclin should not have been a top ten pick and was only thought of so because people thought the Raiders would rather have him over Crabtree. I did not even think he should have been in the top 15. At 19 is a little later than I thought so it is not a bad pick. McCoy was about half a round too ealry.
Either the Broncos are the smartest team on or the dumbest cause we are operating on two different levels.
The Raiders well they are the Raiders. Tomorrow I look for them to draft Carl Lewis or maybe Lance Armstrong.
I have to say that neither the Bear nor the Cowboys have blown any of their picks so far.
I agree about Maclin being rated too highly simply because everyone thought Al Davis was in love with his speed, and I also think the Eagles made an unnecessary trade to move up two spots to get him. They probably could have still had him if they had stayed put at #21.
The Bills did take Maybin too high
The Broncos are on crack to trade a 1st round pick next year for a 2nd rounder this year, but I am not going to rag on them for taking Moreno. Yes, they have a ton of backs on the roster, but last year they ended up needing SEVEN of them due to injuries, so you can never have too many. Not to mention he is probably already better than 3 or 4 of the guys they had and will likely be used a fair amount.
