I'm going to go with James Laurinaitis at #35 to the Rams (admittedly, I don't know all that much about guys in the later rounds, so there could be a bigger steal there). They got a helluva football player when he fell to them; one with definite 1st round talent. I really think the only reason he fell so far was because of his relatively slow 40 time; a factor which, to me, is HIGHLY overrated in scouting circles. Give me a guy with great instincts who can sense where the ball is going to be, and I'll take him HANDS DOWN over a guy with great speed who has to catch up to the ball once it gets there.
I think that Chip Vaughn to the Saints was a very good pick in the 4th round but Crabtree at 10 is still my pick.
I liked Vaughn a lot leading up to the draft. I think he ran a lot faster than some thought he would have. I have read that the Saints want to use him as a FS and I do not think that would be a good fit for him. While he can run his coverage skills are more in line with a SS than a FS.
