i cant wait until the power rankings come out tuesday, i hope they are at 32, right where they belong, dead ****ing last after the way they played today
Well, while I'll agree that we deserved to lose today with the turnovers and the non-existant running game, I'm not ready to cash in on the season just yet. I won't make any excuses about the loss, but you figure we're playing two of our coaches that know this team better than anyone else in the league right now, so you had to figure this was going to be a close contest and it was.
The O-line definitely didn't show up today except for the fact that they got called for quite a few false starts, ugh...
This was one I thought we should have won outright, but at least the Browns have thrown a monkey wrench into the AFC North and we're still on top. Its time to regroup and get ready for Seattle. If our special teams doesn't allow that return for a TD, we could have been looking at overtime in this game and who knows how it would have turned out.
Special teams play decides so many games in the NFL.
At long last, the new "Steelers Empire" has been born. Sure, we're 2-2, but hey, at least the Cards are a playoff-caliber team now. I am so excited! That no-huddle package Whisenhunt made was sure genius! And I am so glad that Polamalu got injured!!! ARSE-HOLE!!!
Ex-Steelers now Cardinals:
C Chukky Okobi
DE Rodney Bailey
WR Sean Morey
Who's next? Max Starks and Troy "Long Hair" Polamalu to be added to our "new Steeler" makeup?
I've been using tactics from anger management classes I used to take after this game. I'm actually staying positive and hoping they'll learn from this loss and get their acts together. If they blow it again like that, then I'll be ranting along with K Train.
On another note, real football players and fans don't wish injuries on players.

Yes, I apologize to you and Polamalu. It was wrong.
