AFC Championship Game: Ravens vs Patriots
Well we've seen this one before haven't we. Last time these two teams met in the playoffs was two years ago if I remember correctly, and the Ravens bounced the heavily favored Patriots right out of SB contention.
Will the Patriots get their revenge or are the Ravens finally going to make it back to the SB?

This will be fun. I'll be rooting for the Ravens but I think the Patriots win.

Well, I defended this a couple times last week.
49ers over Saints, then heavily defended Giants over Packers. Anyone still doubting me? haha
Ravens will win by 10.
Again, just like last week with Giants@Packers ... the Ravens have a complete football team, the Pats a one-dimensional passing game.
You have the #3 D (#1 D left in the playoffs) going against the #2 O (#1 O left in the playoffs). You have the #4 pass D (#1 pass D left in the playoffs) going against the #2 pass O (#1 pass O left in the playoffs). Look even ... until you realize:
Ravens have the #2 rush D going against the #20 rush O.
Ravens are going to do alot of what the Giants were able to do last week ... they will ignore the fact that the offense has the option to run. They will play pass coverage, pressure Brady, and never trail in the 2nd half of this game. We will see the Pats get beat up at home.
Again, we have a northeastern outdoor team that for some crazy reason thought they were either getting a dome or moving to California. They threw away their defense and run game. The below-freezing weather and smother defense will combine to shut down the Patriots' pass game.
Stats for Thought:
- Ravens have not allowed more than 1 pass TD in any game this year.
- Only 3 of the 11 TD passes they have allowed this year resulted in the opponents tying the game or taking the lead, they are 1-2 when allowing a team to tie the game or take the lead with a pass.
- There was only ONE game all year that their defense allowed a team to have more TD passes than INTs.
- They have allowed 1 TE to catch a TD pass all year long.
These guys are going to take the Patriots apart.

Jags are undefeated in 2012. That's all you guys need to talk about regarding the postseason....

A basement team's record in 2012 has nothing to do with the postseason, so why would that be what we were talking about? haha

A very good offense in the Pats going against a very good defense in the Ravens.
Then an average Ravens offense against an average Pats defense.
It will be down to whoever turns the ball over the most. And the Ravens D will get more takeaways then the Pats, so Ravens win.

The key for the Ravens this game is Joe Flacco. The Patriots are going to force Flacco to throw so lets see if Flacco can finally lead the Ravens to the Super Bowl this year.

This game can't come soon enough!
LETS GO PATRIOTS!
My general prediction:
Patriots take a 10 to 14 point lead before the end of the 1st half forcing the Baltimore Cravens to start playing more aggressive on offense which will result in Flacco interceptions which Brady will turn into more touchdowns. Downward spiral for the Ratbirds follows.
Patriots win by at least three scores.
GO PATS GO!
