Every year. Every. Single. Year I enter the new NFL season with renewed hopes of the Jets finally doing good. Maybe even winning the division, hopefully! But, no. That's not the Jets. We're natural choke artists. 2009 was a step forward. 2010 we had a taste of almost winning the division and knocking off our rivals for once (45-3 roflcopterbbqsauce yeah I know.) 2011 we went backwards. 2012? This is a joke. 4-7, with no hope at the playoffs viable.
We usually start off alright. Sometimes, we even start off good! Yet, somehow, **** always manages to hit the fan.
The Patriots own us. I hate that sentence. But it's so true it's sickening. Bellichick is a head coaching guru and sucks hardcore for leaving us after a day on the job. Brady, whom I respect, just flat out outplays us all the damn time.
I'm sick of this. I'm going to see what you guys think. What the heck should the Jets do to make us actual contenders? Draft a new QB? Fire Ryan? Fire Tannebaum? Keep them and hope they figure out a winning formula? I have my own ideas, but I'm curious what people outside of our moaning think.
