Andy Reid and Norv Turner are both getting fired, its not right.

Andy Reid has been resilient on finding ways to getting his team to perform. I do however belief he has lost this team and its extremly sad. He loses his son prior to the season and as a parent thats the worst thing that can happen to you. I dont belief he ever came back prepared to lead the team after his loss. I see him taking a year off and coming back to coach again. Its sad to see AR leave this way.
