I hate it! First it was goodall changing the draft and now its this debacle. Leave things the way they are.

I hate this move as well. I like FA hitting 11 days after my birthday.

If anything, move the draft up a bit... Give a bit more time for F/A... It would allow teams to find solutions to questions they might not have time to answer the way the format is now. It would also give them a chance to work with the rookies even more so than they have had a chance to do so in the past.

Last two weeks of Feb: Combine.

Last day of February, teams must have made a decision on F/As R/F/As.

First weekend in March: NFL Draft.

Monday after draft free agency opens.

Pretty much the format that teams they have right now.
