I would say its between Vick and Shockey, neither has done much to justify the constant hype.
Sapp is overrated but remember, he has been to 7 pro Bowls, won a Super Bowl and won defensive player of the year. He's at least had his fair share of accomplishments

Shockey is at best the 4th best TE in the league right now. |
