Pistons-Heat, a matchup that has a very good chance of happening in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Game 1
Detroit Pistons at Miami Heat

Pistons 92
Heat 89

The Pistons had a complete team effort, where 6 players scored in double figures. Dwyane Wade carried the Heat for much of the game scoring 28, he had a chance to tie it at the end with a 3, but missed.

Game 2
Detroit Pistons at Miami Heat

Pistons 96
Heat 91

The Heat losing these last 2 games might be due to the fact that they have had to rely heavily on Shaq and Wade. Wade went for 25, Shaq went for 21. The next highest scorer was PG Damon Jones. The Pistons got 21 from Rip, and 15 from Ben. They had 3 other guys who scored in double figures. The series is now 2-0 Pistons who will return to the Palace.

Game 3
Miami Heat at Detroit Pistons

Heat 98
Pistons 76

This is the Heat that Miami fans saw all season. The Pistons had thoughts of a sweep, now they hope Miami doesn't tie the series. This time from Miami it was Shaq leading the way with 20. Dwyane Wade had 18, and veteran Eddie Jones stepped up with 15. The Pistons got good games out of Tayshaun Prince, Ben Wallace, Chauncey Billups and Rip Hamilton. You would think this would be enough to win the game, but there bench did them nothing, and neither did Rasheed Wallace, scoring 4 points in 29 minutes.

Game 4
Miami Heat at Detroit Pistons

Heat 93
Pistons 80

The Heat won with defense, not allowing the Pistons to score over 80 for the 2nd straight game. Dwyane Wade led the heat with 22 points, Rip led the Pistons with 15. The Pistons fans were in shock as they saw there team let the game slip away in the 4th quarter. But luckily for Detroit, its time to go back to Miami.

Game 5
Detroit Pistons at Miami Heat

Pistons 79
Heat 83

For the 3rd straight game, the Pistons did not score over 80 points. The problem for the Pistons was there bench gave them nothing, but the same went for the Heat. Dwyane Wade and Shaq were the only Heat players to score in double figures. They are now 1 game away from the NBA Finals.

Game 6
Miami Heat at Detroit Pistons

Heat 87
Pistons 89

The Pistons had a sense of urgency in Game 6, and it showed when they took a 27-20 lead into the 2nd quarter. But the Heat battled back, and had a 1 point lead going into the last minute after Shaq put them ahead 84-83. The Heat were one minute away from the NBA Finals. But the Pistons werent going to give it away on there home floor, Rip Hamilton hit a short jumper to give the Pistons the lead. Shaq missed a shot at the other end, then the game was iced and a Chauncey Billups 3 pointer. Game 7 will be in Miami, where the Pistons have took 3 out of the last 4 from the Heat.

Game 7
Detroit Pistons at Miami Heat

Pistons 103
Heat 86

The Pistons put on a dominating performance against the Heat, well in the 2nd quarter they did. The Pistons outscored the Heat 27-12 in that quarter, which ultimately won them the game, and the Eastern Conference for the 2nd straight year. They will now move on to the NBA Finals and play the *****.
