Say a player intercepts a pass, but the ref rules it incomplete and later admits to blowing the call. What if this player had incentives in his contract and that bad call cost him a million dollars? Could he argue this in the courts or the some higher powers in the NFL?

I never said that this would actually happen. I was just thinking how pissed off I'd be if I had an obvious INT, but some ref made a bad call and cost me a million dollars.

unless you can prove intent or gross negligence like with the beanie incident you really don't have a leg to stand on.
