It looks as though Frye, a second-year veteran out of Akron, has the edge over Dilfer. The Browns reportedly pursued Lions QB Joey Harrington on draft weekend and dangled Dilfer as trade bait. But the battle is far from over in Cleveland. Frye showed little when he got on the field last year, and Dilfer has shown that he can win.

What ****ing games were these SI doocebags watching.
Frye was easiliy the best rookie QB last year and had a great game against Jacksonville
A very good game against Cincy...
Good game vs Pitt considering they where the Super Bowl champs.

if they honestly think Orton is in the race for the #1 spot then they are crazy, yeah he was 10-4 as a starter, but everyone knows why...hell i couldve gone at least 8-8 if i was playing QB with that run game and defense

I'd like to see Nall start for the Bills, he always looked like he could be good when he was with Green Bay.
