Redskins lose CB Rogers for rest of year
Redskins CB Carlos Rogers is done for the season with what's believed to be a torn ACL. He also has damage to his MCL.
Rogers faces at least a six-to-nine month recovery period. The No. 9 pick overall out of Auburn in 2005, Rogers was considered a slight disappointment before this year, but seemed to be coming into his own. Fred Smoot, who is dealing with a nagging hamstring injury, will replace him. Washington's secondary becomes a better matchup for fantasy purposes. Oct. 29 - 2:13 pm et
