It Will Take Overwhelming Offer To Get Roy Williams
Quote:
Booth Newspapers' Tom Kowalski reports the Lions will have to be "overwhelmed" by a trade offer to part ways with Roy Williams.
Kowalski says Williams is on the block and that the Lions will certainly entertain offers, but they want to get one more year out of him. Williams is still expected to leave Detroit as an unrestricted free agenct next offseason.

Id give a first for him. Preferably the late one.

If Deion Branch can get a first, no chance I would take just a first for Roy Williams.

Randy Moss got a fourth? Does that mean Roys worth a 6th? No it just depends on the situation. Roys in his last year and could be gone, if they get an offer like a first i could see them taking it.

Randy Moss coming from two years where he basically quit, this wasn't Randy coming out of Minnesota and getting a first and starting LB, this was a Moss they thought was done playing for them.

They could probably get a first, and lets be honest the Seahawks were idiots last year with that trade.

He'll stay there, everyone will just wait till his contract is up.
