I say Atlanta is a real possibility and could emerge as the winner with scrub norwood
You would think so but I think this is a guy in a strange position. He is going to want to take the grand tour and get as much as he can. With the draft as deep as it is at RB teams will be reluctant to offer big dollars. I'm really interested to see how this plays out, Carolina maybe?
MB3 is not overrated, he's best suited in the situation he's in. he excels at pounding opponents and scoring within the red zone. in terms of a franchise back, maybe not so. but he's a stud nonetheless. The run against the patriots basically put him in the pro-bowl.

Playing for Dallas put him in the pro bowl...
He is HELLa overrated, I have seen people call him a top 3-5 back, that's ridiculous, he wasn't even the starter on his own team until the end of the year and has never carried the load for a full season. I think he is a very good talent, but people(BSPN..not a typo) need to let guys actualy have a few years before they start proclaiming them great players.
The Falcons have announced that they have agreed to terms with free-agent running back Michael Turner.
"We are pleased to be able to add a very talented running back and a player who has produced at a high level in this League when given the opportunity,” said Falcons General Manager Thomas Dimitroff in a press release. "We think he’s ready to take the next step and have a more prominent role in an offense and we are happy he decided that opportunity is going to be here in Atlanta."
Michael Smith of ESPN.com reports that the deal is for six years, and is worth $34.5 million. Also, Turner will get $15 million in guaranteed money.
Sounds like a good deal for a team that needs a fresh start.

You know, I dont disagree with you. I think he is a very good HB, and a guy you dont want to lose. But he is not a franchise guy IMO. He is a very good player, a great charater guy, and sells jersey's, but I dont think he is a franchise quality HB

He's still a hell of a lot better than anything we've had in years. I say let these next couple of years decide if he can be franchise quality.
