Crennel can be a coach that can motivate him I think and don't forget about Wimbley out there as well. Leigh Bodden is tough to lose, but they still have Sean Jones.

Dude he is what he. He is a lazt underachieving fatass. he can swim in a 4-3 as an overtackle, but not in a 3-4 by his lonesome

not now obviously, but dude can turn it around, I have seen it happen. He will have talent around him on defense and an offense that won't need the defense to be on the field for 40 minutes a game

But, but in a 3-4 he is the centerpeice. He needs to anchor the middle every single play, or the D will collapse. NT in a 34 is a different monster than a 4-3. You cant be a guy that takes playes off

ill believe that when i see it, i agree with Grunt the NT postition on a 3-4 defense is the most critical part of that team, just look at the good 3-4 Ds out there and you will see that the NT just keeps coming facing constant double teams, i really doubt Rogers can be that guy but he will take up space, wont be as effective as Wilfork or Williams but IF hes motivated he might be a force. problem is making him play at a high level on a consistent basis

If they can motivate him, I think he can be better than Wilfork and Williams, but getting him motivated is a challenge. He has more pure talent than any 3-4 NT in the game right now, but he really needs to get his fatass into gear or they will get destroyed.
